But the cameras and doorbell did not transfer. I cannot access the old account to delete the devices. Cannot seem to reset them in order to add to new Google account.

When we migrated our Nest account to Google a couple of years ago, we didn't have to do anything to "transfer" our cameras and doorbells. We logged into the Google Nest app (and to the home.nest.com website), selected our "home" ("structure"), and all of our cameras and doorbells were present.

I have logged into my account in Google Home—the devices are not there. I can no longer log into my old account and am not able to factory reset them in order to be able to add them to Google acct. Saw a customer service phone number for Nest Google and will try that tomorrow
