Missing Audio on Playback with Google Home app

I get live audio just fine. And generally if I watch a clip that’s less than ~25 minutes old, the audio is fine. But when I listen to older footage, I’m getting no audio. This issue is impacting all of my newer-generation Nest Cams, which is to say Nest Cams that require the Google Home app. 

iOS 15.5. Latest version of Google Home app. Everything configured correctly. Gigabit internet. Strong WiFi. 9 Nest Cameras. Not user error.

 

Is anyone *not* having this problem? If so, can you share your configuration? Thanks.

I apologize for the late reply. Do you still need help with this? Let's check this further. Is this happening on multiple phones? Also, are there any changes made on your audio settings?
