Missing events

The doorbell is missing an increasing number of events including a vehicle parking in the drive and packages being delivered. No changes have been made since it was first installed a few weeks ago and it’s been fully charged.

the zone is large and should have captured the motion and set up events but it’s not - what can I do?

A few questions: what type of Nest doorbell do you have? What is the color of the status light? Do you have an iOS or Android device? Does the issue occur on multiple mobile devices or cameras? Also, are you using the Google Home or the Nest app?
