All of a sudden my Google Home that my doorbell and camera were linked to disappeared from my list of homes. My paid subscription is linked to the missing home. If I retry to add camera to another Home it says it’s already registered to a different home.
how can I find the missing home and relink it.
thanks

Are you CERTAIN that you are logging into the Google Nest app or the Google Home app with the same credentials you were previously using?
Is your Google Nest "home/structure" missing from the Google Nest app and the Google Home app? Is it also missing from the home.nest.com and home.google.com websites?
If so, are you CERTAIN that you did not inadvertently delete that Google Nest "home/structure"? If you did delete it, that action is supposed to remove any devices, so you shouldn't get a message saying it's still registered to another home.
Did you inadvertently rename that Google Nest "home/structure"?
If you go to the Subscription Management page below and click on your subscription, does it show the correct Google Nest "home/structure"?
https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US
I'm just another Google Nest customer, but I haven't seen any postings in this forum where a Google Nest "home/structure" simply disappeared without any action on the customer's part.

Thanks much for your help. I have searched everywhere for the Home it was attached to. I found out that one of the wires in the Nest doorbell came loose. That’s when it disappeared. Tried to reset etc and it can’t find the Home it was attached to. I will call them and see if I can get help. I did not delete the home. Thanks
