Most visitors don't press or notice the doorbell button

This doorbell is fantastic. I have it on my main door about a 6 month now. But my observation is that to most visitors to my home (99% of them) the door bell ring button is not obvious to them. They just stand there or knock on the door. Its not obvious to them this is a door bell and they can press inside that circle at the bottom.

This is the first time I have heard this. 
But by the looks of it, more people are having this issue.

Maybe something like a sticker on the button helps?
