Hi,
just bought the doorbell and mini.
the weirdest thing: when someone presses the doorbell the nest mini also chimes.
, but if I missed it and the person presses the doorbell again, there is no chime on the mini.
Only after 30seconds the next press will be played on the mini.
I read there is a cool down period causing this.
I was wondering why it can’t be configured to my needs?
this is the behavior also for other companies doorbells ?

Hey there,
Thank you for bringing up the concern you're experiencing, I would love to look into this further for you. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad

I don't really see how this feedback is related to my question, which can be answered immediately but requires knowledge of the Google Home and its devices were designed.
If you're saying it was designed to ring multiple times but restarting would perhaps solve it, this is a different thing.

We will always suggest that you restart your devices as an initial troubleshooting step. It can clear out a lot of issues you may be experiencing. In your case, there is a cooldown built in, there is no such option to change it.
Best regards,
Brad
