We’ve had Nest doorbell for several years. It used to be easy to scroll through the time line to see the videos. Now it’s changed and doesn’t show the videos. For example it will show Person at Front Door but I can never find the video. Also I tried to cancel my subscription as it seems since Nest Aware is not available they don’t seem to be supporting Nest.

I'm not sure what you mean by "Nest Aware is not available they don't seem to be supporting Nest". We've had a Nest Aware Plus subscription since 2020 and it is still active.
What doorbell do you actually have? Your post indicates a "Nest Doorbell (battery)" and "Nest app (iOS)", but the battery doorbell, which is 2nd gen, only works in the Google Home app and not in the Google Nest app.
Is your Nest Aware subscription still active? If you have a 2nd gen Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription (available since 2019), you should be able to check your subscription on the Subscription Management page:

If you still have an older, per-camera 1st gen Nest Aware subscription (which, as of July 13, 2023, is no longer sold), I think you can check it here:

If your subscription is no longer active, then with 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbells, you only get still snapshots for the most recent 3 hours, and with 2nd gen doorbells you only get event video for the most recent 3 hours.
