My cameras some work on my computer and some work on my phone how do I combine them

I have multiple cameras in different locations. some work on my phone and others on Computer how do I merge all cameras to both devices?

Hi 7655RedBarn,  a few questions.  Are you using a combination of the new cameras that Google just released about 4 months ago along with the previous generation cameras?  Also, are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app?
