Unless you want to share some specifics that participants in this forum can respond to, you may want to contact Support and share the details with them:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I want to change my wifi password how I can connect again my Google Nest cam again but without reset to factory because I don’t want to lose the history please help

Unfortunately, a factory reset is the only option Google Nest provides if you want to change your Wi-Fi password, unless you have a 1st gen camera or doorbell and can go to Settings in the Google Nest app, select Home info, then Home Wi-Fi help, select the camera you want to update and select Start | Update settings:

For 2nd gen cameras and doorbells, you have to do a factory reset.

Try deleting it from the app And they're usually a plus sign on the page or in the corner to add a new device. And?
Then go through the steps As usual. I unplug the device.I'm trying to connect to the new internet.
Wait a few seconds Sometimes it takes 2 minutes. and then
Allow it to power back up. Most devices try to connect to the internet right away.So it should appear When searching for devices to add. Smaller cameras or doorbells.I've had to factory reset butt.My Google nest and.
Max displays This process worked perfect for

I guess deleting it from the app would be last choice... correcting my previous comment Just unplug it... Change your wifi password.... And plug it back in... Then on the apps page press Add new device if it doesn't automatically Ask you if you want to add a device.Has detected. Sometimes.
You get lucky. Follow the automated setup and you're good. Once or twice I have had display.Stay on there even though it's not connected.Kind of like a old wifi saved in your phone I don't know. But more.
Often than not you don't even have to rename it will recognize And most times not double up on your device list.

You can download from your video history as described in this Help topic, which, as you can see, does NOT provide a way to back up ALL of your video history:
