My dog chewed through the cable that connects to the outdoor camera. Also cord too long. Replaced?

My dog chewed though the cable that connects to the Nest outdoor camera.  Can this be replaced?  Also, the cable is way too long.  The technician left about a 15 foot cable curled just below where it comes into my house.  Can I get a shorter cable?
