My doorbell has been peeling and starting to get worse. Can you help with this issue?

Unless you have an invoice they won't do anything. I waited 1.5 months for a replacement, sent two emails, which I didn't get a response for only for me to have to follow up and them say no. Good to know it's a known issue with everyone and they will not replace the doorbell.

Same here, they won’t do anything about it. It’s been a known issue now for years I guess. Nice to know their customer service is horrible.
