My nest indoor cam usb port is misplaced and customer service are not trying to help

I bought nest cam indoor from a year and a half and now the usb port inside the camera is misplaced so the cam is not working. I contacted the customer agent and they were very rude trying not provide any solution. They are just saying it s out of warranty and cannot be replaced nor repaired and u hv to buy a new one. Took ages to explain that i did nothing it was just suddenly loosen up inside the camera and i cannot buy a new one for reason im not involved in. I hv also explained that when i bought it it was published on amazon that warranty is two years which they said it was changed!!! (Btw it s still 2 years on amazon) The agent literally closed the chat while i was texting him ( his name s gustave) saying can do nothing to u, What a service!

 

please share any help on how to repair or resolve that matter.

Unfortunately spare parts for the Nest devices are not readily available. If the support group has not helped, then unfortunately you’re on your own as far as replacement goes. The situation is not ideal and it seems you’ve done the right steps, just with no positive outcome.

So basically they r telling customers buy it fr 1 year and if anything happened wrong even if for reasons not related to misuse, throw it in the bin. What a disappointment! Hope if someone can share a solution….
