NC005 (4072) when adding nest doorbell

Hello.  I recently factory reset my nest hub display and factory reset my doorbell.  The hubs have re connected fine but the doorbell keeps getting stuck when connecting to wi-fi saying NC005 (4072).  Please advise.

@Meemee

That almost seems that the factory reset did not actually occur and the doorbell is trying to reconnect using your old Wi-Fi credentials.

Did you press the reset button on your 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell for at least 12 seconds?

"At 10 seconds, the status light will blink yellow four times, and you’ll hear a countdown tone."

"At 12 seconds, the status light will be steady, solid yellow while the doorbell starts the factory reset, and you’ll hear a confirmation tone."

Thank you!  That worked.😄
