If you ever get an NC021 error while setting up and adding your Google Nest Hello Wired Doorbell using the Nest App, you will notice that this is happening at the stage where an existing Google/Nest device (most likely a Google Home Hub) is connecting to the doorbell and it fails showing this error. What you can try is to disconnect (unplug) that device. What's (probably) happening here is that the existing device is handing off your Wi-Fi information and/or credentials to your new doorbell and for some reason it can't. Once the existing device is connected, click on Retry on the Nest App and it will prompt to select the Wi-Fi network and enter your Wi-Fi password...et voila! You should no longer have the error and the new doorbell will be added to your Google Home network.

Hey there,
I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Nest camera! I'm sure it's frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this and see how we can help out. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. By doing this, it should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
Best regards,
Brad
