NEST CAMERAS NOT WORKING!

These cameras are not working! They are no longer picking up any motion, only sounds of birds chirping…. This poses a big security issue for our home! We have paid the subscription but is still not working…. So we are actually paying for a service which we are not receiving…..

There is no way to contact google by phone/email/live chat/any form of communication (which is appalling) so i’m posting here in the hope that someone from google helps/contacts me. 

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Google!

@lazybones40890 seems like we have the same issue…

Google please fix this!! / Contact us!

The process is deceiving.  Don't click on any of the help article links on the "Resources" page; just click on "Next step" to get to the final page where you can choose between phone and chat options.

I'm just another Google Nest customer. The only way I know of to contact Support is to start with this link:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp

Hi @MplsCustomer thanks for the link. 

However, the problem is that this link takes you to a form which, once completed, takes you to help articles. Then if you click those or need further help it ultimately takes you back to the forms again so you’re just going around in circles, yet actually receiving no help from Google. 

Call me old fashioned but I just want a normal conversation over the telephone with a human that can help! Is there some sort of live chat with google i’ve missed ?
