NO ONE HELPING ME WITH NEST CAMERAS OFFLINE

I live in the UK. 2 of my Nest cameras have suddenly gone "off line" - this is since Nest went over to google, so clearly its a incompatible software issue and nothing I have done & nothing I can do to fix it. Previously I had no issues. I am deaf & rely on my cameras to see who is at the back and front outside of my home. With no cameras working I feel very vulnerable.  I have communicated time and time again with Google Nest - they are basically wasting my time & do not help at all. I just don't know what to do? Why such a huge company has non-existent customer services. Can anyone recommend my path to get some form of help?

Thanks for your contact Lance. It’s been over a week & still no contact from Google Nest. I am disabled/deaf & rely 100% 24/7 on my cameras because it’s the only way I can see who is outside my home. Everything has been professionally checked my end - no problem. The problem is software issues your end. My Nest cameras have compatibility problems with Google Nest so you need to sort this out your end. I need 2 new replacement cameras with the correct software. To be honest with no cameras working & not recording I have not slept for the week because I feel so vulnerable & last week my neighbour was burgled. I am still paying the fee to you for recording  Honestly I cannot stress how bad Google Nest customer services are. I regret buying/installing this system very much. No one cares.

Had my NEW Nest Cam for two years then the battery wouldn't hold a charge and would shut off. After following the recommended factory reset I couldn't reconnect the camera. Called support and they said sorry your camera is out of warranty. I have DROPCAM/NESTCAM cameras that are 10 years old and still work to this day!!!! Be careful paying the monthly/annual service, the new products seem to break.

Why don't they just replace our dodgy hardware and be honest about it.
