Very disappointed that I just finished chatting with a customer support agent and was notified that I can't NOt able to access 2nd generation cameras' history from a PC. Not sure why Google can't give us access to history from a PC!!!!!!
Google Nest Support should have told you that over a month ago, Google Nest went live with a "preview" version of home.google.com that livestreams both old and new cameras. The site is still under development; hopefully they add access to history:
