I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: what type of camera do you have (Nest Cam IQ Indoor or Nest Cam IQ Outdoor)? Has the camera ever been powered on? Did the camera work when it was first installed? If yes, how long has it been since installation? Were there changes made with the setup, settings, and/or app of the Nest camera? Are you using the USB cable and adapter that shipped with the camera? Also, are there any kinks or frays in the cable? Keep us posted.

camera was working then jusr stopped. It’s a nest iq outdoor No cable damage. Where can I get a replacement power supply ?
