Nest cameras and doorbell

All nest cameras and doorbell camera went offline last week and I can’t get them back on line

have tried to follow steps but can’t get them connected

I am having the same issue only two of my cameras are still online while the others are offline never had an issue before. And they won’t come back on.

I think your best bet is to open an official Google Nest support ticket which will let you speak to an actually Google Tech person.  They will want to do some trouble shooting so plan for about an hour or so of being on the phone with them.  Here is the link to get you there:

If they solve it please return here and let us know how it got fixed.  This could help other people with the same issue.

 

Called customer service had me basically do every step I had already done. Factory reset try to reconnect etc nothing worked. And the call mysteriously dropped off never got a call back. So 2 cameras and my doorbell are still not working. Thinking on switching off google nest

So about two days after the call with the google agent that didn’t solve anything they randomly all connected again. No nothing changed with my internet or devices on it. Seems like maybe a google nest update possibly as they there off for days. And randomly came back on.
