All of a sudden I can no longer access my cameras on my phone! Since Google took over it has been a mess...
Where is the Live Agent to get me back on??? I would NOT recommend these ... I never had issues under NEST.
Please help me get back my access so I can see my house when I am gone!!

Please help me..... Is anyone on line with Google Nest -- I just need to get my cameras back up and running so I can access them from my phone again!

To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Need more information to try and offer you help. First things first, are your cameras made by Google? Google hasn't taken over any camera manufacturer for smart home use since purchasing Dropcam through their Nest division in 2014.
