Hi Nest Hello Experts,

I need some help installing my nest hello wired doorbell specifically chime connector. I've attached my the wiring of my chime here. Because it has 4 wires so there isn't instructions from the app. Thanks a lot!

I can confirm that this is resolved. I think I redid the wiring and initially the doorbell worked but the chime didn't sound. I later found that there is the setting in the nest app that controls whether the inside chime sound or not. So the chime worked once I turned it on : )

I can offer a guide, but the best method may be for you to watch our installation video on YouTube, or you can look into hiring a Nest Pro to come and install it for you. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Best Regards,

Brad.

Hello,

I actually watched the video and tried to install it but with no luck. The doorbell either didn't get enough power voltage or keeps ringing non stop. So I was wondering if it's possible to point me to which wire I should connect with the chime connector like the instruction does for 2 or 3 wires chimes?

Thanks,

My chime is a little bit uncommon I guess. I found this post for the wiring instructions only for the chime to work. But I couldn't tell which wires I should disconnect from the board and connect with the chime connector.

Hi there,

I am glad to hear that your Chime is now working! I am going to be transparent with you and state that I do not have a knack for wiring and such, but I know there are help articles on our site, our YouTube channel, and other online resources that are there to help. I hope that you are able to find the assistance you seek.

Best Regards,

Brad.

Hello,

My chime has been working fine. I just can't find a way to connect the nest chime connector with my chime to make the doorbell working.
