Good morning having a problem with our thermostat in one of our locations I tried to hook it up numerous times resetting it to factory reset so I finally decided I’m gonna buy another one and I hooked it up yesterday works perfect. There’s definitely something wrong with the other one that I received six months ago, I’ve never been able to get it to logon or work properly. Just wondering. Can I send this one that I purchased in June 2022 returned this item for another one that seems to work fine
