Nest 2nd gen camera

I have a Nest 2nd gen camera that I had at my FL home, want to use it at my WI home and I am not able to add it to Google home and set up in WI.  Light is green when I plug it in, doesn't turn blue and it won't find camera.

If you're moving your camera from one Wi-Fi network to another (and from one Google Nest "home/structure" to another), you should have removed it from the Google Home app at your FL home, then performed a factory reset, and only then tried to reinstall it on the Wi-Fi network and Goggle Nest "home/structure" for your WI home.
