Nest App Issues

My wife and I both share my Nest account on our iPhone 14s. I have no issues logging in and seeing our doorbell camera and adjusting our thermostat, but she has to be on a Wi-Fi network for it to work for her. I’ve logged her out and re-logged in. I’ve also deleted and reinstalled the app, Any suggestions?

Just to cover everything and to be thorough, does her iPhone 14 have a cellular data connection? Can the phone connect to the internet and browse websites when not on WiFi?

Yes, her phone has a cellular connection and can access sites/internet without Wi-Fi.
