Opening this topic again. I have this issue as well.
Originally, on the iPhone home screen, when you received a notification and slid it over, there was an option to "View Preview". It was fantastic and saved loads of time. For some reason that disappeared. Since updating my iPhone to running the latest iOS (ios 15) it's gone. Now I have the option to view settings or mute notifications or clear the notification - all of these options are useless compared to the old “view preview” option.
I can still view a preview if the screen is already unlocked when the notification pops up but not if the screen is locked. the inability to have a preview when coming from the Lock Screen is extremely annoying and makes the Nest App much less useful and functional.
iPhone 7 Plus on iOS 15.2 with Nest App version 5.67.0.6

Have you tried tap and hold on the notification?

I agree. I am having the same issue and it's annoying not having the view preview.

Based on other user replies, this seems to be isolated to iOS 15. Looks like we may need an update to the Nest apps to restore the functionality.
correction: seems tap and hold (force touch?) works.

Omg!! Thanks so much! It worked! I sure have missed it. I don’t know why they just couldn’t say this instead of closing threads without answers. Thanks again!
