I have a Nest Cam IQ outdoors with the nest aware subscription, but it is not recording continuously at night. At night is when I really need it to record. It records then stops then records and then stops, and it does this all night. Last night it spotted a couple of people in front of my house, and then it was blank, and I have no idea as to what they were doing in front of my house. This is not the reason I bought the nest cameras, now I am on the verge of finding better cameras because the safety of my family, is too important for "blank spots". If anyone can tell me why this is happening, I would appreciate it.

can you view the blanks? When you view them, does it show “camera was off or offline”? Can you post any photos for reference?
