Nest Aware not working

Hello,

I paid for (IN FULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!) and subscribed to a one year nest aware subscription that expires 3/2022.  However, my nest is not saving vidoes after a certain time frame and when I scroll down I see the "don't miss a thing, subscribe to nest aware", which I have done.  Please help me.

• Have you tried to restart your device if you haven’t already?
