My cameras are online but nest aware is not allowing me to rewind. I called tech support and got to the point where they asked me to do a factory reset on my camera then lost connection with them. No support, no rewind- just a lot of my time and money wasted. What is going on Google?

By "rewind" do you mean viewing video history? Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription for the Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are located? Does the subscription show under Settings | Nest Aware in the Google Nest app and/or the Google Home app?
