Nest Aware "upgrade" is a COMPLETE rip off!!! I was paying $8 for 2 cameras with my 24/7 feed now I have to pay $12 to get the 24/7 because it's not available with $6 of course. No where does it say it would downgrade or remove features. It promotes as an upgrade. Leave your membership where it is!

I too am paying the $8 monthly fee and am disappointed with the quality of service. I've had my car broken into and the camera didn't pick it up. Only when people are within 5-6 feet will it pick up. I have cheaper security cameras with better detection than this. Nest service is going downhill fast and I will be switching shortly.

The $8 / month plan sucks and is not as good as the outdoor Geeni Hawk 3 I recently purchased. Once my subscription ends, I will not be renewing or upgrading. Whatever you've done over the past two years is unacceptable for the price I'm paying considering I used to have 24 hour continuous monitoring and you've discontinued that for my $8 / month plan. And to add insult to injury, you wait almost 3 months to respond. WTF???

I understand that I represent Google, but please do not mistake me for the one who controls anything that goes on within Googles choices for pricing. I have 0 say in that matter. I am terribly sorry that you are unhappy with the pricing, I can see how this could be quite frustrating for you, but I suggest that you provide direct feedback on the app.
As for the late response, I apologized for the late response. I have up until very recently been the only person responding to literally thousands of people in these forums. I am doing the best I can. I ask that you continue to have patience with me, and other Community Specialists in these forums. You made it clear to me in your last post that you are not the one I should be chatting with to resolve my problem. Something obviously changed within the last two years to make Google Nests video detection less accurate/reliable. My less expensive camera is doing a better job and now I just have to wait for my renewal date to cancel Google Nest. Thank You!
