Nest Aware scrolling frame rate outdoor cam

Can anyone tell me what the frame rate is while scrolling through 24/7 video history on a google nest outdoor cam with Nest Aware? I have fiber optic Wi-Fi 1000mbps with good connectivity  through Netgear Orbi mesh Wi-Fi. It would appear to me that it is 4 seconds a frame using high bandwidth allocation which seems pretty crazy to me seeing how you could miss some one walking through your front door. Facial recognition does not work 100% of the time. I have had friends walk into my house through the front door and the nest cam didn’t pick up the facial recognition. It picked up motion but I live in the woods, I get 200 motion alerts a day so I rarely look at them. So I try and scroll through video history to find people and at 4 seconds a frame I completely miss them like literally you don’t see the person while scrolling. I guess my question is; Is 4 seconds a frame standard for scrolling? If not, is there something wrong with my camera? If so, how do I fix it?
