Nest Aware subscription issues.

I have been paying for a Nest Aware subscription for two months now after my free trial expired. Now it's just decided to remove my video history and I can only see today history. No customer service to call and no help through the trouble shooting. It just takes me around in circles. I really wish I could return these cameras as the have been nothing but trouble from the start. Can anyone assist?

I am also having the same issue.  Just today all the recoding video is gone and when I look at my subscriptions it shows no subscriptions anymore.  I also cannot find a customer service number to call anyone and the help function on here just meeps looping me back to the same starting point.

Sorry to hear about that. I would recommend checking your emails since your Nest Aware subscription won't be removed without getting an email if it wasn't removed by the owner.

 

You can also reach out to our Google Store team for subscriptions made in the Google Store.
