I swapped my Nest account over to my google account a couple of years ago. Ever since, I cannot any longer get Aware to work. In fact, when I try to subscribe, it says that only XXXXX (my name) can subscribe) and won't let me. It worked fine before the transition. Now, every 6 months I bang my head against the wall trying to get this stuff to work properly. Any suggestions? I'm considering just taking every device off my account and just start all over with a free account.

It's not at all clear what is going on in your situation. You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
