Upon upgrading to Nest Aware, my history of events from the day is now gone. Is there any way to get these back?

I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I'm afraid that once the footage is gone, it is gone. This can happen if your Nest Aware subscription lapses, or is cancelled, etc.
