my nest battery camera recently failed to charge and i am trying to determine if it is under warrenty. is there a way to check based on its serial number? i have a few cameras and am not sure when i purchased this specific camera

To know more about this issue, I'd like to ask some questions: what is the light status of your Nest camera? Are you able to view the camera feed? Was there any power outage recently? Was there any power outage recently? What are the troubleshooting steps you've done?

There is no lights. I have tried 3 different charging cables and none of them result I. Any response. My other 3 nest battery cameras charge and work without issue. There was no recent power outages

Sorry, I was traveling. I submitted the form you sent me for two cameras that not longer respond. I am near the coast in a salt air environment. Are Therese cameras susceptible to failure from the salt air. The previous version of these cameras with attached cables seem to last much longer for me.
