Hi all can anyone please help me. I think it may have been on another network and not removed. I have no way to find out that
It won't connect to my app. Tries home and Nest apps.
It won't factory reset via 15 sec button bush
It keeps making a ring noise every 30 seconds give or take.
Thanks for your help in advance. This is making my head sore.

You say this camera "may have been on another network and not removed". What's the history on the camera? Is the camera charged?
Did you follow the factory reset instructions listed in this Help topic, which call for pressing the factory reset button for at least 12 seconds while the camera is plugged in, with the charging cord feeding towards the FRONT of the camera? Did you get any of the responses listed in the instructions?
