No light control feature on my Nest floodlight cam

I recently purchased and installed a Nest Cams with Floodlight. Worked fine for about a week but then the light controller went away. 

Now the Floodlight option in Device Features is gone along with the ability to change the timer on the light, and it also doesn't show as a light in Google Home. The light still comes on with motion but can't do anything to control it manually. 

I removed and re-added the camera, but it still doesn't show the Floodlight any help is appreciated.

I have the same issue but sunce I restarted the camera there's no power indicator on and I can't do a hard reset. I deleted the camera from the app but I'm not getting anything now! Help

Terrible! I'm sorry to hear this is happening to you. This looks like it's a common issue reading posts off reddit. I was hoping to get some help, but got nothing. I'm just planning on returning my two cameras I bought. To think I wanted to get 3.
