Nest Cam Battery charge drains next day

Nest Cam Battery is only three months old .  I fully recharged it to 100% and 12 hours later it’s at 4%. The camera is on my back porch and gets few events. I've recharged it and placed it in a different area to make sure it wasn't the environment but still drains in a day.

I tried the restart and factory reset but no change.

We have another camera that was bought and installed at the same time which is fine.

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that. Could you try restarting your camera to refresh the device? If that doesn't work, resetting it to its default setting might do the trick. Learn more here.
