Unfortunately your camera, and any other Nest camera released in 2021, is no longer compatible with the Nest app or the Nest web view. Only the Google Home app works with these devices.

Steve, You've removed a feature customers find useful. Yes. Lock the thread and ignore customers' expressed complaints. Is that the way you do things now?

You guys need to fix this asap. The google home app is garbage. Been using The nest app and its cameras for nearly 10 years and it is leaps and bounds better than google home. The fact that you cant view your cameras from your computer is almost laughable. Like what the heck. Fire the person that must have "forgot" that function.

I returned mine (as have MANY others said on this forum). I ended up buying used (Gen 1) cameras on Ebay and I'm very happy with them and the ability to continue to use the NEST app.
