I used to have the ability to view Nest Hello video on my Nest app on my iPhone and iPad. After I purchased a set of two mini speakers to notify me of doorbell visitors and tried to tie the device to the doorbell, it redirected me to Google Home where the speakers are listed. I tried various ways to connect and migrate but I kept getting "This Google account is already linked with another Nest account. Please select another Google account".
The Nest app still works on my iPhone and I can view doorbell video playback on my desktop PC but now it is not working on my iPad. When I tried to reconnect on my iPad, I get "Your email or password may be incorrect. If you've migrated your account or want to create a new one, sign in with Google". I purchased all devices new so there is no former owner to contact as suggested in the self-help section.
I plan to either 1) delete all and start over to re-establish the doorbell, Nest-Yale door lock, smoke detectors, mini and thermostats or 2) purchase a OhmKat Video Doorbell Power Supply and electronic chime and return the mini speakers.
Before I make the next move, what am I doing wrong? This Nest-Google migration appears to be an unpleasant issue.

Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions:
If you have not migrated, whenever signing in on a new device, make sure to click Sign in with Nest. I would also recommend checking if your iPad OS is updated. You can check this article on how to Troubleshoot Nest app sign-in issues for more steps.
Regards,
Steve
