Nest Cam Floodlight live video cuts out immediately

I just installed a Nest Cam with Floodlight a couple days ago and it worked really well for the first two days, but now when I pull up the live feed I get about 2 seconds before it freezes and says that the feed is unavailable. I live in Minnesota and temperatures are around 20 degrees right now (which is pretty far above the -4 degrees they're rated for) and I would think the wired cameras would be able to work at even lower temps since they aren't relying on a battery. My Internet connection shouldn't be an issue (the light is only about 10 feet from my house and and 30 feet at the most away from the modem/router). No trouble turning the light itself on and off, only video stream issues. It doesn't seem to matter how many devices are on the network and our internet speeds are plenty capable of handling the stream. Ideas?

@nestfreak

It could be your Wi-Fi signal strength at the floodlight camera's location. We've had a Google Nest Camera (Battery) for 14 months, through a Minnesota winter, plugged in with the optional power cable; it is essentially the same camera as the floodlight camera. Ours is about 15 feet from our main router/modem and remained "Live" all last winter, down to temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit.
