Nest Cam Floodlight

My question requires a simple answer that the Two chatters, Kate and Jerome cannot answer.

question?   Can I install the Nest Cam with Floodlight into a regular outdoor Light on my back porch?

i do not Have a spotlight

You should be able to install the floodlight camera onto a regular outdoor light electrical box. You could look at the install video on the page below to see the hardware that comes with the floodlight camera and whether it work with your existing electrical outlet box or whether you'll need to get more parts.

Note that the floodlight camera needs to be on a circuit that is always turned on.
