I purchased a Nest Cam IQ Outdoor not long ago and then it just suddenly died. The reset button on the front doesn’t do anything. Upon unplugging and plugging it back it, it lights up blue for 2 seconds, then I’m at a dead end- reset button does nothing. Cannot add the camera to my account. I called and the useless Nest support people (sounded like the Philippines) said they would send me out a new camera. I asked how is that possible if this camera is no longer being made and he said they still have stock. Two days later, I never heard back from them. I called again and they said that they’re out of stock. They offered to refund my money but that doesn’t help me- I need the IQ outdoor camera, not the money. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
