I have had the Nest Cam IQ outdoor for a couple of years now. It stopped working about 7 months ago. Having found time to take it down and have a look, it is not powering up. I have taken it off the wall and connected it to another power supply in the house, but there is no lights showing on the camera. Tried a factory reset and that hasn’t worked.
Can anybody help please.

Hello, I'm an end user like you and have been using the Nest cameras for many years. It sounds like your camera has failed. This is not uncommon. They seem to have a life of anywhere from 2-5 years. Google will not repair them if they are past the 1 year warranty (many have tried). Plus the Outdoor IQ is a discontinued model. My suggest is to buy a used camera from someone on Ebay and stay within the gen 1 cameras. The new Gen 2 cameras they offer do NOT work in the Nest App that you and many of us are accustom too using. The new cameras only work in the Google Home app which is missing many many features offered by the Nest App.
