I have 2 Nest Cam Outdoors IQs for 2 years and 2 months. I had one replaced shortly after installing it because it failed to turn on. I just had another one fail to turn on. It's obvious through my experience and reading online this is a very frequent issue and some type of design flaw. I reached out to support and they refused to offer any type of help. A 2 year warranty for a device that costs $400 a piece and is known to have a serious issue is absolutely ridiculous. Support's resolution was for me to buy a new camera, which I can't even do since Google no longer makes it. Completely unacceptable and thinking of getting rid of all my Nest devices, cancelling my Nest Aware and going to Simplisafe.
