It appears many people are facing the same problem with condensation on the lens for the outdoor Net Cam. I have 4 units and one of them has condensation built up inside the lens. This is clearly a defect in the seal that should not happen, Nest should do the right thing and replace the camera. I understand my camera is out of warranty however Nest should do the right thing and replace it as a goodwill gesture. I have a second home that I chose to use Ring cameras. Both products work well however if I have to replace a defective camera, with a known issue, I will instead switch my primary home system to Ring. I welcome a reply from Nest about this issue and would hope they do the right thing and replace my defective camera.
