My Nest Cam (wired) went offline. How do I reconnect it?

Hi! Have you tried taking the power off to the camera for a minute or so and repowering it up? 

You might have a wifi connectivity problem.

Hi folks,

 

@JaniceG, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what is the light status of it? How far is it from your Wi-Fi router? Try restarting your Nest Camera and Wi-Fi router to refresh their connections to the Nest servers.
