I had to remove my Nest Cam with Floodlight from my google home app due to getting new WIFI connection. My Nest Cam will not connect, I tried factory reset I’ve turned on and off my airplane mode like it recommended and still nothing. Can someone help? Should keep trying the factory reset?

What worked for me is using a different device that the floodlight camera was never connected too before. In my case my phone and laptop both had the joining connection issue, so I added my son as a household member which gave him manager access and I was able to add my floodlight camera through his phone no issues at all. Hope this helps anyone else having the joining connection issue.
