Nest Cam with Floodlight (wired)

Hi, I recently bought Nest Cam with Floodlight (wired). And I am not happy at all because I can't use google nest software with the floodlight camera. 

Here are my 2 questions.

1, I open Google home software on my iphone 12, the video recording icon is turned on, then I click :full history icon, But I only saw some events, not all the events. Any reason why this happened?

2. Can I use my laptop, login my google accout and watch all the video recored by the floodlight camera? and what is the website?

We have a Google Nest Camera (Battery), which is similar to the floodlight camera. With regard to question #1, it seems you should be able to see all events if you have a Nest Aware subscription. With our camera plugged in, we can.

With regard to #2, Google Nest decided to make its new cameras and doorbells work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.

Back on Sept. 29, 2021, Google Nest's General Manager and Vice President posted this statement on this approach; there has been no update since (except for customer reactions):
