Nest Cam with floodlight: floodlight doesn’t work

Nest cam and floodlight (wired) was installed professionally. The cam works perfectly but the floodlights will not go on at all, even it I shut the circuit breaker and then power on. All settings on the Google home are set properly. Google home app says the floodlights are on 100% but the lights never go on.
