Nest Cam won't respond to factory reset

I've had this camera working for quite some time and it just stopped.  Doesn't respond to attempt to do a factory reset.  Is it junk at this point or am I missing some other potential solution?

Is it charged? Do you see any light from it when plugged in?

Not battery powered.  No lights when plugged in.  no response to factory reset.

2nd gen (battery) nest camera charging port can be plugged in wrong. Are the charging pins on the same side as the metal pins on the camera?

I don't know the answer to your question, but my camera is not battery powered.

I have the same problem. I have a doorbell worked for long time and the last week stopped working with a green static light on front and I was trying to did a factory reset and nothing, doesn't work
